Indiana Code § 21-13-9-1

"Licensed physician"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "licensed physician" means an individual: (1) who holds an unlimited license to practice medicine in Indiana under IC 25-22.5 , including an osteopathic physician; and (2) who practices primary care.
