Compliance reports considered in the evaluation of subsequent grant applications

Sec. 13. The commission shall consider the information submitted under section 12 of this chapter when evaluating a subsequent application from a recruiting organization or program. An applicant may be denied a grant under this chapter based on the information submitted under section 12 of this chapter.   IC 21-13-12 Chapter 12.
