To become a CSA participating entity, an individual or entity described in section 1 of this chapter must: (1) submit an application to the commission for higher education in a manner prescribed by the commission for higher education; (2) offer a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6 (a) for enrollment by career scholarship students; and (3) meet any other requirements established by the commission for higher education.   IC 20-51.4-5.5-2 Application; requirements       Note: This version of section effective 7-1-2026.
