Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "homeless children and youths" has the meaning set forth in 42 U.S.C. 11434a. (b) As used in this chapter, "McKinney-Vento Act" refers to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Improvements Act (42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.). (c) As used in this chapter, "school corporation" has the same meaning as set forth in IC 20-18-2-16 (c).
