Sec. 8. The state board may advance money to school corporations and charter schools to be used for: (1) school building construction programs; and (2) subject to IC 20-20-13-7 , educational technology programs; as provided in this chapter. [Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-1-5-3(a).]
