Sec. 3.5. (a) As used in this chapter, "charter school" refers to a school established under IC 20-24 . (b) The term does not include the following: (1) A virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10 ). (2) An adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3 ).
