Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to a: (1) school corporation; (2) joint school corporation; or (3) consolidated school corporation; the schools of which do not have a total enrollment of at least two hundred fifty (250) pupils. [Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-5-11-15 part.]
