Indiana Code § 20-43-1-34

"Virtual instruction"

Sec. 34. Beginning with the 2021-2022 school year, "virtual instruction" means instruction that is provided in an interactive learning environment created through technology in which the student is separated from a teacher by time or space, or both.   IC 20-43-2 Chapter 2.
