Accounting as separate funds

Sec. 2. Any self-supporting programs maintained by a school corporation, excluding school lunch, may be established as a separate fund, separate and apart from any other school corporation fund, if no local tax rate is established for the programs. [Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-2-11-5.]
