Indiana Code § 20-37-2-14

Maximum tuition or fee amount to enroll in or attend a career and technical education program, course, or class

Sec. 14. (a) The definitions in IC 20-51.4-2 apply throughout this section.       (b) A school corporation or a career and technical education cooperative may not charge: (1) a career scholarship student enrolled in the CSA program; or (2) an intermediary (as defined in IC 21-18-1-3.5 ) acting on behalf of a career scholarship student described in subdivision (1); a tuition or fee amount to enroll in or attend a career and technical education program, course, or class that is more than the highest tuition amount that the school corporation or cooperative receives or charges a student who is enrolled in the school corporation or in a school corporation who is a member of the cooperative, whichever is applicable, for the same career and technical education program, course, or class.   IC 20-37-3 Chapter 3.
