Sec. 10. The department shall prepare an annual report concerning the implementation of the program and shall submit the report to the state board before December 1 of each year. The report must include the pertinent details of the program, including the following: (1) The number of students participating in the program. (2) The number of teachers attending a summer institute offered by the College Board. (3) Recent trends in the field of advanced placement. (4) The distribution of money under this program.
