Sec. 6. The office shall: (1) determine the cost of conducting hearings under this chapter; and (2) after July 1, 2025, assess each school corporation and charter school in the state, based on the weighted ADM count, a fee that is sufficient to cover the costs determined under subdivision (1).   IC 20-35.5 ARTICLE 35.5.
