Sec. 7. (a) Before June 30, 2020, and before each June 30 thereafter, the department shall evaluate and prepare a report concerning development and implementation of the following: (1) The program. (2) The plans submitted and implemented by school corporations, charter schools, and accredited nonpublic schools.
