Sec. 0.4. As used in this chapter, "emergency stock medication" means emergency medication to which both of the following apply: (1) The prescription or statewide standing order for the emergency medication is filled by a school or school corporation. (2) The emergency medication is stored at a school in accordance with this chapter.
