Sec. 11. A: (1) superintendent; or (2) member of the superintendent's administrative staff, with the superintendent's approval; may take any action with respect to all schools within the superintendent's jurisdiction that is reasonably necessary to carry out or prevent interference with an educational function or school purposes.
