Students with disabilities; student diagnostic assessment

Sec. 1. A decision requiring a student who is a student with a disability (as defined in IC 20-35-1-8 ) to undergo a student diagnostic assessment under this chapter or be retained at a particular grade level shall be made in accordance with the student's individualized education program and federal law.
