Assessment program requirements

Sec. 4. To carry out the purposes described in section 2 of this chapter: (1) assessment reporting for assessments developed under this chapter must be: (A) reliable; (B) accurate; (C) user friendly; and (D) timely; (2) the statewide assessment program must help students understand their college and career readiness; and (3) the statewide assessment program must hold schools accountable for preparing students for college and careers.
