Indiana Code § 20-30-8-12

Appeal by eligible student

Sec. 12. A student who: (1) is designated as an eligible student or assigned to participate in a particular alternative education program; and (2) disagrees with the designation or assignment described in subdivision (1); may appeal the designation to the governing body for the school corporation in which the student is enrolled.
