Sec. 3. The board shall annually elect a chairperson from the members of the board. A member elected as chairperson shall serve as chairperson from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-9(a).]
