Indiana Code § 20-29-2-12

"School corporation"

Sec. 12. "School corporation" means a local public school corporation established under Indiana law. The term includes any: (1) school city; (2) school town; (3) consolidated school corporation; (4) metropolitan school district; (5) township school corporation; (6) county school corporation; (7) united school corporation; (8) community school corporation; and (9) public career and technical education center or school or school for children with disabilities established or maintained by two (2) or more school corporations.
