Sec. 14. (a) A school corporation may not dismiss or suspend any employee because of affiliation with or activity in an organization unless that organization advocates: (1) the overthrow of the United States government by: (A) force; or (B) the use of violence; or (2) the violation of law; to achieve its objective.
