Sec. 7. (a) A school bus or special purpose bus sold or delivered in Indiana must meet the standards of construction and equipment set forth in the rules of the committee. (b) A school bus may not be originally licensed in Indiana until the school bus has been inspected by the state police department and found to comply with these standards.
