Prohibit materials containing obscene matter or matter harmful to minors

Sec. 3. A school corporation or charter school may not make available materials that contain: (1) obscene matter (as described in IC 35-49-2-1 ); or (2) matter harmful to minors (as described in IC 35-49-2-2 ); within the school library.   IC 20-26-6 Chapter 6.
