Certain laboratory schools as charter schools for funding purposes

Sec. 10. A laboratory school that: (1) is operated without an agreement; and (2) has an ADM in the fall count of a school year of not more than seven hundred fifty (750); must be treated as a charter school for purposes of funding under IC 20-20-33 and IC 20-43 .
