Sec. 2. The charter board shall establish a process to: (1) review a proposal to establish a charter school under IC 20-24-3-4 ; (2) make a decision on the proposal as required under IC 20-24-3-9 ; (3) monitor charter schools authorized by the charter board; and (4) make decisions on the renewal, nonrenewal, and revocation of charters granted by the charter board.
