Indiana Code § 20-23-8-1

"Circuit court"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "circuit court" means: (1) the circuit court of the county in which a school corporation is located; or (2) if a school corporation is located in more than one (1) county, the circuit court of the county in which the largest number of registered voters of the school corporation are residents.
