Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "trustees" means the: (1) township trustee and township board; or (2) governing body; of each school corporation joining in the resolution provided for in this chapter. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-5-14.]
