Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "school corporation" means: (1) a school corporation created under IC 20-23-4 ; and (2) any other school corporation established under any other statute of the state of Indiana, which has common boundaries with any school corporation or corporations formed under IC 20-23-4 . The term does not include any public school corporation located in whole or any part in a county containing a consolidated city.
