Sec. 5. School corporations adjacent to rejected segments of proposed reorganized school corporations shall accept on transfer, in the manner required by law, pupils of the rejected school corporation territory. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-1-27.]
