Sec. 6. Before July 1, 2026, the governing body shall also submit a report to the distressed unit appeal board and the budget committee. The report required by this section must address each of the following topics: (1) Finances. (2) Operations. (3) Academics. (4) The effectiveness of the governance structure. The distressed unit appeal board shall present the topics addressed by the report to the budget committee before November 1, 2026. IC 20-23-13 Chapter 13.
