Biennial report; attrition and persistence rates

Sec. 10. (a) The state board shall develop a definition for and report biennially to: (1) the general assembly; and (2) the governor; on attrition and persistence rates by students enrolled in secondary career and technical education. A biennial report under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .       (b) The state board shall use data from the department of workforce development in developing a definition and a report under subsection (a).
