State treasurer as custodian for career and technical education funds

Sec. 18. (a) The treasurer of state is designated as the custodian for career and technical education.       (b) The treasurer of state shall do the following: (1) Receive money paid to the state from the United States treasury under the act of Congress described in section 17 of this chapter. (2) Pay the money described in subdivision (1), upon the warrant of the state comptroller, when the money is certified by the state board.
