"Crime of moral turpitude"

Sec. 5.5. "Crime of moral turpitude" means the following: (1) A crime of violence as defined in IC 35-50-1-2 . (2) A sex offense as defined in IC 11-8-8-5.2 . (3) A crime involving fraud or a false statement.
