Members of general assembly after 2011; registration as lobbyist prohibited for 365 days after individual ceases to be member

Sec. 7. (a) An individual who is a member of the general assembly after December 31, 2011, may not be registered as a lobbyist under this article during the period described in subsection (b).       (b) The period referred to in subsection (a): (1) begins on the day the individual ceases to be a member of the general assembly; and (2) ends three hundred sixty-five (365) days after the date the individual ceases to be a member of the general assembly.
