Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "interim" refers to the following: (1) For calendar year 2021, the period beginning May 1, 2021, and ending November 15, 2021. (2) For a calendar year beginning after December 31, 2021, that part of the year that begins immediately after the day that a regular session of the general assembly adjourns sine die and ends immediately before the day that the next regular session of the general assembly convenes.
