Indiana Code § 2-2.2-5-1

Disorderly behavior; instances; punishment

Sec. 1. The following constitute disorderly behavior and may be punished by the house or senate as provided in Article 4, Section 14 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana: (1) Knowing or intentional failure to file a required statement by the deadline prescribed in IC 2-2.2-2 . (2) Knowing or intentional filing a false statement prescribed by IC 2-2.2-2 . (3) Knowing or intentional violation of section 2, 3, or 4 of this chapter.
