Indiana Code § 2-2.2-2-8

Member required to file affidavit with lobbyist who provides more than 25% nonlegislative income

Sec. 8. (a) A member of the general assembly shall, not later than January 20 of each year, file an affidavit with any lobbyist who has provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income during the previous year.       (b) An affidavit required by this section must state the following: (1) The name and address of the member of the general assembly. (2) That the lobbyist provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income. (3) The position or service for which the lobbyist provided the income.   IC 2-2.2-3 Chapter 3.
