Indiana Code § 2-2.2-1-7

"Honorarium"

Sec. 7. (a) "Honorarium" means a payment of money for an appearance or a speech.       (b) The term does not include the following: (1) Payment or reimbursement of travel expenses. (2) An item given as an award or that has nominal value.
