Sec. 8. Indiana is divided into one hundred (100) house districts as described in: (1) IC 2-1-12 , before November 8, 2022; and (2) IC 2-1-14 , after November 7, 2022. From each of these districts there shall be elected one (1) representative of the house of representatives of the Indiana general assembly.
