Complaints; investigation; negotiation; violations

Sec. 1. (a) Any individual may file a complaint against a temporary health care services agency in writing with the division.       (b) The division is responsible for investigating a complaint against a temporary health care services agency filed under subsection (a) in accordance with IC 4-6-9-4.5 .       (c) If the division determines that a complaint is substantiated, the division shall inform the state department and the state department shall: (1) oversee any negotiations between the parties of the complaint; and (2) determine any proper action to take against the temporary health care services agency for a violation under this article.
