Sec. 3. As used in this article, "health care facility" includes the following: (1) A housing with services establishment (as defined in IC 12-10-15-3 ). (2) A private mental health institution licensed under IC 12-25 . (3) An ambulatory outpatient surgical center licensed under IC 16-21-2 . (4) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 . (5) A hospice program licensed under IC 16-25-3 . (6) A home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1 . (7) A health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2 or IC 16-28-3 . (8) A child caring institution or group home licensed under IC 31-27 .
