"Services provided for the treatment of individuals with psychiatric disorders or chronic addiction disorders"

Sec. 10.5. As used in this chapter, "services provided for the treatment of individuals with psychiatric disorders or chronic addiction disorders" means services to diagnose or treat a mental illness or substance-related or addictive disorder diagnosis under the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision, published by the American Psychiatric Association (DSM V-TR).
