Sec. 10. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), SOFR team meetings are open to the public. (b) A SOFR team meeting that requires the use or discussion of confidential records or confidential identifying information must be closed to the public for the portion of the team meeting that uses or discusses confidential information.
