Indiana Code § 16-46-7.6-1

"Cancer center"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "cancer center" means one (1) of the following: (1) An institution that has been designated by the National Cancer Institute as a: (A) comprehensive cancer center; (B) clinical cancer center; or (C) basic laboratory cancer center. (2) A cancer research facility that is formally part of an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6 (b)).
