Sec. 11. The council shall submit a report in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 to the general assembly before November 1 of each year. The report must include the following: (1) The findings and conclusions of the council. (2) Recommendations of the council. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-44-5.]
