Sec. 18. (a) If money is received and disbursed under this chapter in a particular state fiscal year, the state department shall submit to the governor and the general assembly a report on the following before November 1 of the following state fiscal year: (1) The receipt, disbursement, and use of funds. (2) The identification of shortage areas. (3) The number of applications for loan repayment by the following categories: (A) Profession. (B) Specialty. (C) Underserved area to be served. (4) The number and amount of loan repayments provided by the state department.       (b) A report submitted to the general assembly under this section must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
