Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "community or migrant health center" means a nonprofit corporation that: (1) provides primary health care services to indigent persons on a sliding fee scale basis; and (2) is consumer governed. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-3-6-1.3.]
