Walls and ceilings; construction; washing

Sec. 9. (a) The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling of a food establishment must be made of an impervious material with a finish that is washable.       (b) The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling must be kept washed clean with detergent and water. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-11.]
