Sec. 6. A food establishment must meet the following conditions: (1) Be adequately lighted, heated, drained, and ventilated. (2) Be supplied with uncontaminated running water. (3) Have adequate sanitary facilities. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-8.]
