Washing; employees

Sec. 21. A person who works in a food establishment shall wash the person's hands and arms thoroughly with soap and clean water before beginning work, before resuming work after a rest period, and before resuming work after visiting a toilet room. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-23.]
